Order Processing
We work hard to get your parts to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and fulfilled from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Same-Day Processing Cutoff: Orders placed before 9:00 AM CST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow a few hours for tracking details to become active after you receive the confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

Free Shipping: We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the continental United States. All other shipping services are available at standard rates.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected automatically to provide the best combination of speed and cost for your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping may be available for select destinations — please contact our support team for availability and rates.
Please note that PO Boxes can be shipped to via USPS only. If you require UPS or FedEx delivery, please provide a street address.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
- Delays: During peak seasons or severe weather events, deliveries may take longer than estimated. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if we become aware of delays affecting your order.
