30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the return being approved.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging
  • Items that are in the same condition as when you received them
  • Parts ordered in error (wrong model, duplicate order, etc.)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Parts that have been installed, soldered, or physically modified
  • Items with visible signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused by shipping
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window has closed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Full refund: Issued for items returned in original, unused condition within 30 days
  • Defective items: Full refund including return shipping costs — we will provide a prepaid return label
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns unless the return is due to our error

60-Day Warranty Against Defects

All parts sold by Mobile Revival come with a 60-day warranty against manufacturing and material defects, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers parts that fail under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Coverage: If your part fails or malfunctions within 60 days of delivery due to a defect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — including the cost of return shipping.

What Is Covered

  • Parts that are dead on arrival (DOA) or non-functional out of the box
  • Components that stop working under normal use within 60 days
  • Manufacturing defects such as bad solder joints, faulty connectors, or dead pixels beyond manufacturer specifications

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidental drops
  • Liquid damage, burns, or electrical surges
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Parts modified, reflowed, or reballed after purchase
