Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all original factory identifier stickers intact.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items cannot be returned: gift cards; downloadable software products; items damaged through improper installation or handling after delivery; items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

 

To start a return, contact us at support@mobilerevival.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Please do not send the item back without contacting us first.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of our approval notice, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If the refund still has not appeared, contact us at support@mobilerevival.com.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email support@mobilerevival.com.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
