SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size and weight of your order. Available carriers typically include USPS and UPS.
TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier after you receive the notification.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@mobilerevival.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded for the item cost only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
