• Excellent/Grade A: Light use if any. Tested and fully functional.
• Very Good/Grade B: Small signs of use. May have light scratches on front or back and possible wear on edges. Tested and fully functional.   
• Good/Grade C: Light to moderate wear/scratching from normal use. May have some chipping on edges, small dings on bezel, and minor screen/LCD burn. Tested and fully functional.   
• Acceptable/Grade D: Moderate to heavy wear and tear. May have scratches, scuffs, dings, chips, and major screen/LCD burn. Tested and fully functional.
