Yes, all parts come with a 60-day warranty against manufacturing and material defects. If your part fails or malfunctions within 60 days of delivery due to a defect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — including the cost of return shipping. We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused parts in their original packaging. If a part is defective, it is covered under our 60-day warranty and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited and priority options at checkout. Orders placed before 9:00 AM CST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM CST ship the following business day.

Currently we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations. Please contact our support team with your location and we will let you know if we can ship to you and provide a shipping estimate.

Yes, once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information at any time.

Our We Buy Tech program lets you sell your used phones, laptops, tablets, and game consoles to us for cash. If you accept, ship the device to us (we provide a shipping label), and once we verify its condition, we send payment within 1-2 business days.
