If your part fails or malfunctions within 60 days of delivery due to a defect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — including the cost of return shipping. We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused parts in their original packaging. If a part is defective, it is covered under our 60-day warranty and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited and priority options at checkout. Orders placed before 9:00 AM CST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM CST ship the following business day.
